The fanlisting title comes from "The Christmas Invasion", after the Doctor regrows his hand, and the Sycorax leader says, "Witchcraft?" to which the Doctor replies, "Time Lord." The theme plays very prominently at this moment, and so I thought both the image and the quote were appropriate.
The other quote that runs across the layout is from the S3 episode, "The Family of Blood": "He's like fire and ice and rage. He's like the night, and the storm in the heart of the sun. He's ancient and forever. He burns at the center of time and he can see the turn of the universe. And... he's wonderful." It's one of my favorite Who quotes, and it fits him so perfectly. Not sure if the theme plays during that, but it's just too perfect.
